Description

Layers of graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, apple pie filling, and Cool Whip/cream cheese. YUM!!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs Or About 24 Squares
  • ½ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter, For Crumb Layer
  • ¼ cups Butter, Melted
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 16 ounces, weight Whipped Topping (Cool Whip) Thawed
  • 2 cans Canned Apple Pie Filling, 21 Oz. Each
  • ¾ cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅓ cups Peanut Butter, For Cinnamon/Confectioners Sugar Layer

Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs, brown sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and melted butter. Spoon half of the mixture into a 3-quart bowl. Reserve the other half.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread half of this mixture over crumb mixture. Reserve the other half.

Top with 1 can of apple pie filling.

Combine confectioner’s sugar, cinnamon, and 1/3 cup peanut butter until crumbly. Sprinkle half over pie filling. Reserve the other half.

Repeat layers.

Refrigerate until serving.
