Description

I was experimenting with these, but they turned out really tasty, so I wanted to share! To me, they taste just like my favorite sandwich, Peanut Butter and Honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (I Prefer PB & Co's Bees Knees)
  • ½ cups Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 3 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1-½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 bag Reese's Peanut Butter Chips, 12 Ounces

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Set aside two ungreased baking sheets, or use a silpat, which is what I did.

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, oil, and honey. Add eggs, mix well.

In another bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix well. Mix in the Reese’s chips.

Shape dough into whatever size cookie you want and flatten with a fork if you want the criss-cross pattern on top of the cookie.

Bake about 8 minutes or until just the tiniest bit brown on top–take them out while they’re still mushy and not-yet-set if you like them extra chewy.
