Description

Mini loaves bursting with chocolate and peanut butter make perfect holiday gifts.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 9 ounces, weight Chocolate Peanut Butter Morsels Of Your Choice (I Used Nestle DelightFulls)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 F and butter and flour four mini (5 3/4″ x 3 1/4″) loaf pans.

Add the egg, peanut butter and sugar to a bowl and beat together using a stand or hand mixer until thoroughly combined. Beat in the milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour the baking morsels into a separate bowl and toss with one tablespoon of the flour mixture. This will prevent the morsels from sinking to the bottom while baking.

Add the flour mixture into the wet batter and mix until incorporated. Fold in the baking morsels and pour the batter into the prepared pans. Bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of a loaf comes out clean.
