Description

These aren’t like the icky cookies with raisins that my dad used to feed me. These have peanut butter and chocolate. So much yummier with chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Salted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat together sugars and butter until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Slowly add to the creamed butter mixture, mixing well.

Slowly stir in oats and chips. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

These are delicious! Super easy to make and since they have oatmeal, I was justified in eating them for breakfast.
