Description

The EASIEST ice cream recipe you’ll ever find! It’s versatile and can be used for any “filling” by just substituting your favorite yummies for the peaches. Only your imagination can limit the possibilities.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Peaches Pureed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (optional)
  • 3 cups Whole Milk

Preparation

Note: This recipe is for a 6 quart ice cream maker. If yours is smaller, I advise making the whole recipe and then dividing it between uses. Store in the refrigerator until you’re ready for the next batch. If you have a small electric ice cream maker like I do, that means you can try many different varieties with one batch!

Whisk together both cans of milk, sugar, vanilla, fruit, and cinnamon (if using).

Add mixture to your ice cream maker container. Fill to the fill line with whole milk (about 1/2 – 3/4 full usually). Follow manufacturer’s instructions for how long to run the ice cream maker.

If you are using fillings other than fruit, add them to the machine about 5 minutes before done to combine.

If you like soft serve, eat it straight out of the freezer! If not, remove from the ice cream maker base into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 2 hours until hard.

Serve with pie, cake, toppings, or just a spoon.
