Description

Brownies with peanut butter cups = happy kids!

Ingredients

  • 1-⅓ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ cup Flour
  • ¾ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 36 pieces Mini Peanut Butter Cups, Chopped
  • ½ cups Milk Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350º and grease the bottom of a 9×13″ baking dish. On medium speed, beat together sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and eggs until totally mixed. Blend flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add dry ingredients to your peanut butter mix.
Cut peanut butter cups into quarters and gently stir by hand into brownie batter along with chocolate chips. (Save the rest for topping the brownie.) Spread into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until tester comes out fairly clean.

Remove from oven and quickly press the reserved peanut butter cups into the baked brownies. Let brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.

Enjoy!

Says chop peanut butter cups and add, then says reserve rest for tops…. so how many are we chopping to put in and how many are we putting on top?
