Description

These mouth watering truffles are absolutely delish and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 package (18 Oz. Package) Oreo Cookies
  • 1 package (12 Oz. Package) White Chocolate Chips
  • Food Coloring (optional)

Preparation

In a food processor or mixer, mix all but 3 of the Oreo cookies. When they are broken up finely, add the softened cream cheese and mix together. Roll the mixture into small balls and lay them on a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Over low heat, melt the chips. Remove from heat and add food coloring. Let cool for a few minutes. One by one, dip the balls into the chocolate. Remove with two forks, letting excess chocolate drip off. Place them back on the cookie sheet and put in the freezer until you are ready to eat or serve them. Enjoy!

You can use any Oreo cookie and chocolate chip combination for this. My favorite is Mint Oreos and white chocolate chips.

I’m dying. Mint is my weakness, you are my hero.

Fantastic, and a huge hit with my friends and coworkers! I made them with regular Oreos and Chocolate Mint Chips.
