Description

“Great minds think alike” was Tammie’s comment when I told her what I had baked for a fundraiser sale and was going to also use as a post. We both had Oreos on the brain as well as brownies and cookies. It’s why Tammie’s husband calls us twin sisters from different mothers! This is easy and hits the sweet spot with a triple punch. Watch for Tammie’s post later this month for her version!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (17.5 Oz. Package) Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified On The Cookie Mix (mine Used Egg And Margarine)
  • 1 package 19.5 Oz Package Brownie Mix
  • Additional Required Ingredients Specified On The Brownie Box (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
  • 20 whole Oreo Cookies

Preparation

Grease a 9×13 pan and set it aside. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Mix the sugar cookie dough per the package directions. Spread the cookie dough in the bottom of the prepared pan.

Mix the brownie mix per the package directions. Top the cookie dough with the brownie batter, spreading it evenly.

Put the Oreos in a large zip top bag, seal the bag and use your preferred method to smash the cookies into small pieces. Top the brownie batter evenly with the Oreo crumbs. Press crumbs down with a spatula slightly.

Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until your desired level of done-ness is reached.
