A new twist on a family favorite. Chocolate cookies with rice krispie squares: a great combo!
1. Grease a 9×13 pan.
2. Coarsely chop the cookies. Set aside.
3. In a large pot on medium low heat, melt butter and marshmallows. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir to combine.
4. Stir in cereal and cookie chunks. Quickly combine everything.
5. Press into the greased 9×13 pan. Let cool and set. Cut into 12 servings and enjoy!
