I love baking with alcohol because alcohol makes life fun, and being the only woman who works with a bunch of guys, you need some stress relief. These yummy cocktail cupcakes do just that. Enjoy!

These were amazing!!! So delicious and everyone that has tried them ended up satisfied… eating 2 or 3 of them. And the smell is irresistable… I had to add more milk to get the icing to the right consistancy though.

I had these at Paula Deen’s restaurant, but with cream cheese frosting, and I’ve been wanting my own recipe. Thanks!

I would like to make these but- sour milk? Is that like buttermilk or do I literally need to use milk that went bad?

I figured out what sour milk is (if you don’t know, like me, just google “sour milk for baking”) and made them. My oven runs shorter, I did them for about 19 and a half minutes but probably should have taken them out at 18 since they stuck to the wrapper pretty badly. The icing was WAY too dry, I couldn’t spread it and it was too crumbly. I should have added more milk (next time!) But the flavor was AMAZING! And I’d totally make these again.
