goodyarns – These keep about 1 to 2 days in an airtight container or you can freeze them. They are soft in the middle and are a little crunchy on the outside. Enjoy!

so mine ended up flat, as in very flat and not the nice looking layer in the picture. i went back and can’t figure out why…..
