Description

Chewy and delicious Nutella Brownies.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2  Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Nutella

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a small bowl combine flour and salt and set aside.

Using an electric mixer, blend butter until light and fluffy. Mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla and mix well, followed by Nutella. Stir until mixture is creamy. Stir in the flour mixture.

Pour into a greased 11”x7” or 8” square brownie pan and bake for 27-32 minutes. Cool pan on a wire rack.

The taste was all there but I agree with folks, these were a bit greasy. I enjoyed a brownie (felt really guilty afterwards) but then threw out the rest. Next time Ill add more flour, less butter. Thanks for sharing!

These did bake up beautifully but I found them very very greasy. Maybe the pan doesn’t need to be greased? Maybe I will try again with the less butter, more flour rec as above.

I like fudgy brownies over cake like brownies but these only set up around the edges. They did have great flavor and just because they were more batter brownies than actual brownies didn’t stop us from eating them! I’ll try them again and try the less butter more flour approach. Mine didn’t look near as pretty as the picture but still tasted good!
