This is a wonderful twist on the traditional banana pudding. If you like banana pudding, you are going to love this.
Mix together the pudding mix and milk with a mixer until it begins to thicken, about 3 minutes. Add cream cheese and condensed milk, beat until blended. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Prepare a serving dish with a layer of Nilla Wafers and then a layer of banana slices. Add 1/2 of the pudding mixture; repeat layers of cookies, then bananas, then pudding one more time. To garnish, place a few banana slices on top of the pudding, and sprinkle with Nilla Wafer crumbs. Chill for atleast 1 hour.

This is very similar to Paula Deen’s “Not Yo Mama’s Banana Pudding” except she uses Pepperidge Farm Chessman Cookies. I love that recipe…
