Easy breezy caramel apples. Requires no melting!
Pick two apples of your choice. I usually go with one red and one green because I like the tart/sweet combination.
Core and slice your apples. Lay the apples out in one layer on a plate.
Drizzle with some of the caramel sauce. Too much is never enough!
Put peanuts into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Sprinkle over the apples and caramel.
Enjoy!
Note: you can omit the nuts, or use any nuts you’d like. You can use chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, crushed pretzels … there are a million combinations!
