NO Bake Pinapple Cheesecake

Description
No bake cheesecake that is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
- 6 Tablespoons Margarine, Melted
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 4 packages (8 Oz. Each) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 package (3 Oz. Package) Jell-o Pinapple Flavored Gelatin
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Pineapple Tidbits
- 1 tub (8 Oz. Container) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, Thawed
Preparation
Melt margarine, mix together with crushed graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press into the botton of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Beat together the cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup of sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until well blended. Add dry gelatin mix, mix well. Stir in pineapple and whipped topping. Spoon over crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
