Description

This is my favorite way of making Energy Balls, by mixing all kind of dry fruit, seeds, oats with peanut butter and honey. It can be a quick snack, delicious dessert, or even a present in a jar!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Peanut Butter
  • 40 grams Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 20 grams Ground Almonds
  • 15 grams Ground Walnuts
  • 15 grams Ground Peanuts
  • 20 grams Raisins
  • 15 grams Dried Banana
  • 15 grams Pumpkin Seeds
  • 25 grams Oats
  • 25 grams Puffed Rice
  • 24 whole Hazelnuts

Preparation

In a big bowl, mix peanut butter with honey and cinnamon. Add almonds, walnuts, peanuts, raisins, dried banana and pumpkin seeds. Mix well. Add oats and puffed rice, and whisk together.

Start making little balls around a hazelnut. When all energy balls are ready, leave them in the fridge for 1 hour before serving—they taste even better that way.
