These cookies use powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar, which I think is the secret ingredient to perfect sugar cookies!
Cream oleo and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add; blend well. Cover and chill until very firm. Roll out on a floured surface to desired thickness. Cut into shapes. Bake at 400ºF for 8 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Cool and frost with your favorite icing. You can also roll dough into balls, press with the bottom of a glass and bake. Yummy!
