Wow, so easy and exquisite! I didn’t have any unsweetened chocolate squares, so I just mixed 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of oil, then melted the butter with it. I will be making this again.

We all loved this the first night but were out of ice cream. We re-warmed it the second night with Bluebell Homemade Vanilla. I would say this rivals any of the molten lava brownie ice cream desserts we have had at restaurants. Would def make again and would consider it company-worthy! Thanks for posting.

Incredible! I just made this for the first time and it was gone the next day. Mind you it’s only my husband and I in the house. We ate it with a scoop of toffee ice cream. Just lovely!

I was surprised by how delicious this was. I normally don’t like coffee flavor deserts but the flavor was awesome.

I have made this three times now. After recognizing its lava cake quality, the second time I made them in individual ramekins. OMGosh! I tried it with vanilla ice cream, but I think it’s MUCH better with a nice homemade whip cream. It’s my new favorite dessert!

I made this this morning! Had 2 pieces for breakfast and delivered 2 pieces to neighbors before it cooled … came home and had my 3rd piece. For lunch I had more (mic’d it). This is soooo delicious! Thank you for sharing such a delight!

I made the 9 inch pan and I have 2 pieces left for bfst tomorrow!

This beats the socks off brownies, which I make frequently. This will be my ‘go to’ recipe now! Comfort Food!

Made this for a Valentine’s Day treat this year. There were only 2 of us eating it, so we have a lot left over. I hope it will re-heat well. It was great with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. VERY easy to make and quite delicious. I don’t drink coffee, but I can tolerate it in mocha format, and I thought this was quite good. Like a “molten chocolate lava cake” type of thing, only mocha flavored. Thanks for sharing!
