Yummy, non-greasy cookies, heavy on the chocolate chips…with a more cake-like texture.
Using a hand- or stand-mixer, cream together sugars and softened butter. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Mix dry ingredients (everything else except the chocolate chips) together in another bowl, and then add this to the creamed mixture, mixing well. Add chocolate chips and mix together.
Form rough balls of batter using teaspoons or a cookie scoop and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325F until lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
