Crunchy oatmeal peanut butter crisps topped with chocolate and candy!
In a mixing bowl, add butter and brown sugar until combined. Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix in the peanut butter. Slowly stir in oats and crispy rice cereal. Press dough onto a large parchment paper-lined cookie sheet (mine was 15×10 inches). Bake in a 350ºF oven for 20-25 minutes until browned. Allow to cool in pan completely.
To finish, spread melted chocolate over top of cookie bark. Immediately sprinkle with m&m candies. Allow to set (about 20 minutes). Cut into triangular pieces and serve! Enjoy!

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
