Description

A quick and delicious take on the traditional Monster Cookie. A HUGE hit everywhere I take them! This has been a family favorite for many, many years.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1-½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4-½ cups Oatmeal
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • ¾ cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Combine the butter, sugars, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and baking soda till well mixed. Add in the oatmeal, M&Ms and chocolate chips. (You may need to blend these in by hand.) Spread in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

No – usually they don’t have flour.

Was looking for an easy chocolate fix last night and came across your recipe – YUMMY! My husband asked me this morning if there was crack in them, as he’s been in them all day long I think. The only problem I had is that they never really hardened up enough to maintain their shape once cut. I wonder if I pressed them into the pan if that might help next time? Found an easy fix for that – warm spoonful of cookie + scoop of vanilla ice cream = HEAVEN!

And the hubby just sauntered into the kitchen for another bite…I think it’s a winner!
