Description

My mom makes the best cookies and these are no exception! These big soft cookies are delicious warm from the oven.”

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Molasses
  • ½ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Safflower Oil
  • 2  Eggs
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Allspice
  • 2-½ cups Whole Wheat Flour

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except flour. Stir well until combined.
3. Add 2 cups flour to cookie batter and stir until thoroughly combined.
4. Gradually add remaining flour until you have a stiff dough.
5. Roll cookie dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 13 minutes. Cool on wire cooling rack.

Store in airtight container for 4-5 days.

Yields 22 cookies.
