The ultimate in rich, gooey chocolate desserts!
Melt the chocolate (in a microwave or over a double-boiler) and stir in the butter. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes until the mixture lightens. Stir in the salt, vanilla and melted chocolate. Then add the flour.
Grease 4 ramekins and pour an even amount of batter into each. Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes.
These can be served in their baking dishes or tipped upside down over a plate and dusted with powdered sugar.
