Yum! So quick and easy. I baked them for 14 mins exactly and they were perfect – soft cake surrounding a molten middle! I wouldn’t serve them without whipped cream or ice-cream though, very decadent!

I’ve made these a number of times before and they turn out awesome every time! I wonder if the trouble some people have is with the size/shape of their dish. I made them tonight in heart-shaped ramekins and I think the different shape made for slightly less “lava.” But still delicious and SO easy!!!

These were perfect! I think I might bake it 1 or 2 more minutes next time to get a little less “lava”, but my hubby and kids LOVED it!

this recipe is AMAZING! My husbanddoes not like sweets at all but he will eat this in heartbeat when i make it and it now becomes a highly anticipated dessert in my household when friends visit. you have given the world a great gift with this recipe….

Easy to make and my picky eater son liked them. My only complaint is that I can’t eat them all the time or I would be as big as a house. Wonderful!
