Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine all ingredients. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Eat half a dozen (at least!).
Note: This recipe makes a lot of cookies. They are not as caky or dry as your typical recipe. They are so delicious. I cooked mine for about 9 minutes because I generally like cookies a bit under-done.
