Description

This is the easiest, most delicious Caramel Corn I have EVER tasted!

Ingredients

  • 3 bags (3.3 Oz. Bag) Microwave Popcorn
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Karo Syrup
  • 1 cube Butter
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk

Preparation

1. Pop all bags of popcorn. I like to make sure all the unpopped (old maids) kernels are taken out. Place in a very, very, very large bowl.

2. In a medium size sauce pan, combine brown sugar and Karo syrup. Heat to boiling, add butter; melt and combine. Add milk, stirring constantly. At this point is should have a beautiful golden caramel color.

3. Immediately pour over the popcorn a little at a time to make sure all the popcorn is coated and enjoy! Feel free to add nuts while you are pouring on the caramel for a little extra crunch.

I just made this and its good. I hope that a cube of butter meant a whole stinkin stick cause that’s what I used and it tastes great.
