1. Combine coconut oil, coconut butter and macadamia nut butter in a Vitamix.
2. Pulse in stevia, honey, mint and salt.
3. Transfer mixture to a small bowl.
4. Stir in chocolate.
5. Refrigerate bowl for 10-15 minutes.
6. Scoop mixture into paper-lined mini muffin cups.
7. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
