Soft delicious sweetness with just the right amount of crunch.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in vanilla, then add flour, baking soda and pudding powder. Mix. Stir in crushed mini eggs.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10–12 minutes.
Remove to a cooling rack.

the vanilla pudding idea is genius! I havent ever heard of putting the pudding in the cookies!
