I’ve been watching Top Chef Just Desserts. And I had Bailey’s, cream cheese, chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs in my kitchen. You do the math.

I have a similar recipe but we use a vanilla wafer cookie for the “crust” of the cheesecake.

So yummy! I’ve also used blueberry topping and fresh raspberries – all tasty.

Thank you so much for this recipe. I whipped these up for a cherry themed party and they were 1. DELISH, 2. EASY and 3. FAST! Thank you so much for sharing. In the future I may toss a little lemon zest in the cheesecake batter, but it really doesn’t need it. These are yum the way they are!
