Mix up brownies (you’ll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package). Use the 2-egg versino on the box.
Spray a whoopie pie pan with nonstick spray. Place 1 large tablespoon of batter in each cavity of the pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges as soon as they come out of the oven. Let cool 4-5 minutes in the pan, then gently remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Beat the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until creamy. Fold in the Cool Whip gently. Top each brownie with a spoonful of topping. Arrange sliced strawberries, kiwi, and 1 blueberry on the top of each to resemble a flower. Keep refrigerated when not being eaten.
