Description

The perfect summer treat miniaturized!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 5 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ whole Lemon Juice + Zest
  • _____
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • ⅔ cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • ½ cups Butter

Preparation

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
– In a large bowl, mix together blueberries, vanilla, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Sprinkle zest over the berry mixture and place it in a 13×9 buttered dish (or you can also use about 16 mini graham cracker pie crusts).
– In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
– Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, cut in butter and spread topping over berries.
– Bake for 20-30 minutes.
