Description

I made these for a party the other day. They are such a yummy but really easy treat! And you can prepare it all the day before! And it’s fat free! And children love to help prepare it and eat it! And … I’m running out of “ands.” :)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 Oz. Can) Pineapple Chunks
  • 3 whole Apples, Cut Into Chunks
  • 2 cups Grapes
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 tub (8 Oz. Tub) Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
  • 1-½ cup Fat Free Fruit Yogurt

Preparation

Drain the pineapple chunks and reserve the juice in a bowl. Add brown sugar and lemon juice and whisk together.

Now skewer the fruit and make them into kebobs. I used 1 grape, 1 piece of apple, 1 chunk of pineapple and then one more grape on each of my skewers.

Layer your fruit skewer into a shallow pan, then pour the pineapple juice mix all over it. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

Fold the whipped topping into the yogurt (I used strawberry flavor) and serve with the fruit skewers.

When you are ready to serve, take the skewers out of the marinade, arrange on a plate around a bowl of the fluffy dip.
