Magic Cookie Bars

Recipe Description
I ate a ton of these as a teenager. They are both incredibly delicious and incredibly easy. There are just five ingredients: butter, graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and coconut.
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 13×9 pan with parchment paper, if desired.
Mix the melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Spread crumbs evenly over bottom of pan and press into pan. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crumbs. Top evenly with chocolate chips. Layer coconut on top. Press layers firmly together.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
Ingredients
- ½ cups (1 Stick) Butter, Melted
- 1-½ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 can (14 Oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 bag (12 Oz) Chocolate Chips
- 1-⅓ cup Flaked Coconut

My family’s been making these for years (except we add chopped pecans) and there are *never* any left over, no matter where I take them.

These are great, we make them all the time for Christmas parties or a sweet weekends treat…we add chopped walnuts to our recipe for a little extra crunch.

I ate alot of these when I was younger too!! I make them quite often for my family and they are always gone before ya know it! We called them Magic Cookie Bars, as well…they are also known as Seven Layer Cookies by adding butterscotch chips and pecans or walnuts.
