Description

These cookies are perfect for Valentine’s Day or any other holiday for that matter! I love that M&M’s coordinate with holidays so they are really interchangeable. These are chewy, moist and delicious M&M Cookies that will have your loved ones loving you!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Valentines Day M&Ms

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Once this is creamy, add your 2 eggs, one at a time.

Add about 1/2 cup at a time of the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.

Once you’ve added all of the dry ingredients and the mixture is cookie dough like consistency, stir in the M&M’s.

Place the cookie dough balls on a non-stick baking sheet, making sure to leave enough room for them to spread out and bake.

Bake for 9 minutes or until very lightly browned. Keep in mind the cookies will continue to cook after you remove them from the oven. I took mine out at exactly 9 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies! Enjoy!
