Description

A perky little pie dip for your next party.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, fluid Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (substitute Reduced Fat If You'd Like))
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
  • ½ cups Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (takes About 3 Limes)
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve with graham crackers, sliced apples, or pears.

Hi Lisa! That was 4 fluid ounces (or 4 ounces, fluid) of cream cheese, so about 1/2 cup of cream cheese (half a brick). Hope that helps!

It says 4 oz. FLUID cream cheese… do you mean solid cream cheese? Because I’ve never seen it in liquid form.

Ahhh, this is so good! It has the same creamy texture as actual pie filling, and the lime is tart and light and lovely. I served it with graham crackers – they held up perfectly and really completed the pie effect. I’ll definitely be making this again to share at summer barbeques. Thanks Miss Amy!
