by Courtney and filed in Cakes, Desserts
This nutty, dense cake is complemented by subtle honey, tangy cream and sweet fresh berries.

Very decadent, divine and filled with coconut. For the coconut lover this is heaven. It’s also dairy, egg and nut free. Sharing is optional!

Sour Cherry Cake is made from a swift little recipe that will give you a fine result the first time—and every time, unless one bakes with such winged speed that the batter goes in the oven without adding the flour. Even then the mistake may be undone on a second try with remarkable ease. It is a seriously delicious cake.

These look absolutely luscious and ingredient wise I’m sure tast that way. The ingredient list is so simple and uncomplicated. I lov anything lime. I’m going to make them with a chocolate graham crust, cause “if it ain’t chocolate why bother”

Would love to give these a try! I’ve attempted finding tartlet pans with removable bases several times in the past with no luck…any suggestions on where to purchase some for this recipe?

Thanks for all the kind comments. Let me know if you make them, you’ll be surprised how easy they are once you do it.
Commila, I picked mine up at a kitchen store. If one in you area doesn’t have them, ask if they can order them. They’re inexpensive items, so the cost shouldn’t be a problem.
