very yummy cookies! Dough is really soft even after chilling, would add a little more flour next time, 1 tbsp scoop made 30 cookies, 11 minutes was perfect on silpat lined sheets.

These are delicious, simple and quick! I did add more lemon juice and zest because I love lemon, but they turned out wonderful! So soft and light, yum!

I was really excited about these cookies but was disappointed as they didn’t have much lemon flavor and they were not very soft (and I did not overbake them)

These are very cute and taste great!! I did double the zest and that seemed to be PERFECT. My only complaint is that my cookies looked NOTHING like the cookies in the picture! Mine came out just about as round as I put them in. Not flat and flaky looking. So I am a bit confused as to how to get them to look all soft and chewy, but they still tasted great!

Loved these cookies. Very easy to make and they have a wonderful texture when baked. The lemon flavor is different than other lemon cookies I’ve tried and it is a nice change. The recipe doesn’t yield many cookies, so I doubled mine and will probably do that each time I make them.

I’ve made these twice and I’m about to make them again! This time I think I’ll try making them “pink lemonade” style with some strawberry extract and maybe tiny bits of strawberry or juice? With pink sprinkles!
