This dessert is light and delicious.
1.Prepare mousse by adding boiling water to Jello gelatin mix; stir 2 minutes until dissolved. Whisk in Cool Whip until blended. Refrigerate until firm. Cut cakes into 1 inch cubes.
2. Whip heavy cream adding sugar and extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside in fridge.
3.After mousse is set; in large glass bowl add a layer of cubed cake. Spoon mousse in different spots then add a layer of mixed berries. Add spoonfulls of whipped cream. Then repeat all steps/layers.
