More of a cobbler than a pie, this is just the dessert for people who don’t have time to bake.
Cream butter and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients, add alternately with milk to the butter mixture.
Fold in peaches. Pour into a baking dish. Top with berries.
Bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Scoop into bowls and pour a bit of cream over top if you wish.
