Lava Cake in a Cup

Description
Need a quick chocolate fix? Then look no further. It’s also way fun for kiddos!
Ingredients
- 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Just Add Water Angel Food Cake Mix (Make Sure You Get The "Just Add Water" Mix!)
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 24 ounces, weight Chcoolate Chips (I Use Milk Chocolate)
Preparation
Mix cakes mixes and chocolate chips in a bowl and put away for those moments when you need a chocolate rush.
To make the cake:
Grab a coffee cup. Put 1/3 cup of lava cake mix in the coffee cup. Add 3 tablespoons water and mix with a spoon until combined. Put in the microwave on a plate for 1 minute. Take it out and turn the cup upside down onto the plate. You might have to gently shake the cup a bit, and the lava cake should slide right out.
Yummy served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, blobs of Reddi-Whip or just by itself!
