Description

Super quick way to please last minute guests or hungry kids!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Vanilla Or Banana Pudding Mix, 3 Ounce Box
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ¼ cups Butter
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3  Bananas
  • 1 container Cool Whip Topping, 8 Ounce Tub

Preparation

Quickly take your pudding mix and milk and pop it into a mixer, turn on high and let it go for a few minutes to thicken.

Quickly melt your butter in a dish in the microwave. Heat it for 30 seconds then check it and heat for a few seconds more as needed until fully melted.

Pour your graham cracker crumbs into a bowl. Pour the butter into the bowl with the graham crumbs. Mix quickly with a fork.

Pour into mason jars or serving dishes.

Cut up 2 1/2 of the bananas into slices and pop them on top of the graham layer.

Now pour your pudding over the top.

Now pop your Cool Whip on top of that.

Now set them in the fridge and clean up quick. (This is code for shove everything in the oven till later!)

Brush your hair—has nothing to do with the recipe but by now you’re frazzled and could use it.

Once you ready to serve slice up the other half a banana and place on top of the servings.

Voila happy uninvited guests.

Ta da!

We made these in 45 little plastic cups for 45 members of the Women Soaring Pilots Association and they were incredibly popular. We let them put on the whipped cream themselves. A great recipe for a crowd.
