Kickin’ Some Booty Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup Softened Butter
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1-¼ cup Brown Sugar
• 2 whole Eggs
• 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla
• 1-½ cup Peanut Butter
• 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
• ½ teaspoons Salt
• 2-¼ cups Flour

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add peanut butter, soda and salt until well blended. Add flour and mix until just incorporated. Spoon dough in cookie sized scoops onto a greased cookie sheet and then press down on the top of the scoops and make hash marks with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
