Description

Tastes as good as the pie, but in fudge style bites! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 bags (11 Oz. Size) White Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 5 whole Key Limes, Zest And Juice
  • ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

Preparation

Melt morsels with condensed milk on low heat until completely smooth. Whisk in lime juice and lime zest. Pour into a parchment paper-lined 13×9 or 8×8 pan (for thicker fudge). Immediately sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs (pressing lightly so they stick into the hot fudge). Allow to set up in refrigerator. Good eaten cold!

I used key limes, but I think regular would still taste good. Key limes are more acidic and I think juicier, especially for their small size.

Does it have to be “Key limes” or will regular ol’ limes do?

As promised, this is just like key lime pie but in fudge form: thick fudgy texture, creamy bright Key Lime pie taste! I can’t believe something that fast could taste that good!
