Description

A rich and creamy pie that no one can resist… My secret ingredient is cream cheese. I usually make this with a baked pie crust, but you can use a graham cracker crust instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pastry Pie Crust (cooked And Cooled)
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, 3.4 Ounce Size Box
  • 8 ounces, weight Whipped Cream Topping
  • 2 whole Bananas, Sliced

Preparation

Prepare the crust according to your recipe or package instructions then cool completely.

In mixer, take room temperature cream cheese, whip. Add the powdered sugar, mix until combined. Add the vanilla.

In a separate small bowl mix together the pudding mix and the milk. Stir until smooth. Add to the cream cheese mixture and mix until combined. Stir in ¾ of the tub of the whipped cream topping. Set aside.

Slice the bananas into the crust, move the pieces around so they cover the bottom evenly. Cover with the cream cheese mixture. Spread the rest of the whipped cream on top. Enjoy!

Yes, the small box! The 3.4 oz kind! Sorry for the confusion. -Kendra

I am confused as to the size of the vanilla pudding box. I could not find a 4 ounce box and I tried to use a 4.6 ounce box of Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding and the pie was like soup. Does this need to be a small box of pudding like the 3.4 ounce kind?
