Description

No need for a campfire for these S’mores! Quick and easy, the ice cream on these delightful treats makes the typical S’more go from wow to WOW!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Marshmallows
  • 1 carton Favorite Ice Cream
  • 1 bag Chocolate Chips
  • 1 box Graham Crackers

Preparation

Take one sheet of the graham crackers and break in half. Put one large marshmallow on one side and sprinkle on a few chocolate chips. Microwave for 10 to 20 seconds. While microwaving, place a scoop of your favorite ice cream on the other half of the graham cracker. Put both halves together and prepare yourself because it is impossible to stop with just one!

* The ice cream flavor I used in this example was Coldstone’s Cake Batter with brownie and cookie dough mixed in. It happened to be AMAZING, but I’m sure any flavor will do.
