Description

These double chocolate cookies as soft and chewy and super tasty.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Butter
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Dry Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until creamy.

Mix in flour, dry hot chocolate mix, baking powder and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.

Spoon tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and bake 350ºF for 10 minutes.
