Description
Yummy, munchy, honey treats. Perfect for birthday parties, special occasions, school fêtes, or afternoon tea snack.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Cornflakes
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- ⅓ cups Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
Preparation
Place the cornflakes in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Melt butter, sugar, and honey together in a small saucepan over a low heat until frothy. Pour over cornflakes and mix well until all the cornflakes are covered in the honey mixture.
Spoon into paper patty cases (cupcake cases). Bake in a slow oven, 150°C (300F, Gas Mark 2) for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on wire racks. Enjoy.
