Prepare a Jelly Roll pan with cooking spray. A cookie sheet can be used, but granola bars may be thinner.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a large saucepan, combine Honey, Sugar & Butter over Medium heat. Bring mixture to a rapid boil,and allow to boil for 1 minute, remove from heat. Add Granola mixture and combine with honey mixture until well coated. Pour into prepared pan.
Flatten mixture with spoon. **Tip: If you wet your hands, you can press the mixture down and not get sticky!**
Place in fridge for 1 hour until hardened. Cut into bars.
Try not to eat them all.
