Delicious fudgy, oatmeal bars that unfortunately, if eaten very often, will stick to your hips!
Cream the butter, brown sugar and eggs. Add the next five ingredients. Pat half of the oatmeal mixture into a 9×13 pan. Reserve the other half.
Melt the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and nuts together. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oatmeal crust. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over the chocolate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
