Recipe Description
A very simple but onolicious coconut cake.
Preparation Instructions
Make and bake cake as directed on box in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
While cake is hot, poke holes all over top with chopstick or fork and pour coconut milk over all.
Put in fridge to cool completely. Spread with Cool-Whip and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Ingredients
- 1 box White Cake Mix (I Like Duncan Hines)
- 1 can Coconut Milk (usually Found In The Asian Section Of Supermarkets)
- 1 container 8 Ounce Cool-Whip
- 1-½ cup Coconut, Flakes
